REGISTER FOR AN MST SYMPOSIUM

MST CONFERENCES REGISTRATION FACILITY

MST Conferences is changing its registration procedures to be in compliance with constraints imposed by the credit card companies and merchant banks. In consequence of this we are no longer able to offer participants the convenience of ONLINE REGISTRATION using a credit card. For the time being all registrants will have to use the registration form below and process it by one of the following methods:

Download form, print out, fill in and send by regular mail (credit card and check payment acceptable).
Download form, print out, fill in and send by FAX (212-656-1016) (credit card only).
Download form, print out, fill in and process via bank wire.
Contact us by telephone (845-227-7026 or 845-897-1654) and we will process the form directly.
Finally, as a last resort, participants can register on site at the symposium. Please let us know your intentions ahead of time either by phone, FAX or E-mail (rhlacombe@compuserve.com) so we can be prepare accordingly.

Our apologies for this onerous development but apparently the incidence of internet fraud has reached such a level that the banks and credit card companies have to impose evermore Draconian measures to insure the security of credit card transactions.
