MST Conferences is happy to announce that it is now able to offer the convenience of
ONLINE REGISTRATION using a credit card. All previous methods of registering are
still avalable as listed below:
- Download form, print out, fill in and send by regular mail (credit card and check
payment acceptable).
- Download form, print out, fill in and send by FAX (212-656-1016) (credit card only).
- Download form, print out, fill in scan and send by E-mail attachment
(rhlacombe@compuserve.com) (credit card only).
- Download form, print out, fill in and process via bank wire.
- Contact us by telephone (845-227-7026 or 845-897-1654) and we will process the
form directly.
- Secure online registration through Authorize.net.
- Finally, as a last resort, participants can register on site at the symposium. Please let
us know your intentions ahead of time either by phone, FAX or E-mail
(rhlacombe@compuserve.com) so we can be prepare accordingly.
